A visit to Kashmir is incomplete without taking a ride on Shikara at Dal Lake. We made a spontaneous plan with the kashmirhouseboat.com to experience the beauty of the lake from a close distance. And after the ride was over I am overwhelmed by the service provided by the team. It was a very magical ride and the boat guide was very patient throughout the tour. We efficiently explored every corner of the lake and also witness the fascinating floating market on Dal Lake. The boat guide also made us see the Char Chinar and the other islands resting on the lake. Our journey was ended at a good note with the mesmerizing sunset at the backdrop. It was a great experience for us on the waters.

Dal lake is a must visit place to capture the calm water of the lake and its bank which is surrounded by colorful Shikara boats. Our experience was made magical by the efforts of the kashmirhouseboat.com. We enjoyed a picturesque sightseeing around the lake including the island of Char Chinar which appears more beautiful with the backdrop of the gigantic Pir Panjal ranges.
